Lead Past Tense – Why I Recommend It

Lead Past Tense

Did you ever wonder why most of the time when you’re reading your favorite book or watching an interesting TV program you are using past tense? The reason is pretty simple: Past tense is the future tense. This is the only purpose it serves. Don’t confuse it with the actual metal lead, though.

Lead is an active verb, meaning “to lead.” It is also a noun, which refers to a metal element, i.e., a lead-colored metal.

Lead is known as “the metal of kings” because of its great strength. Because of this, the Roman Empire built their pyramids on lead, and the Greeks used it as a basis for their writing systems. In fact, the word “leaden” comes from the Latin word “ligare,” which means to write.

Although you do use the past tense in order to point out what has been written, you can also use it in order to describe an event or occurrence. For example, in our sentence “The man’s face is red,” the word “red” was used in past tense. This means that we are describing the man’s condition, not the color.

You may have also heard the phrase “you can find this material on the Internet.” That phrase means that you can find this information on the Internet. This is also true of the phrase “you can find this material at your local bookstore.” These phrases mean you can find this material at your local bookstore or at the library, respectively.

The phrase “this book is written by…” is another example of “this material is written by.” In other words, the phrase “this book is written by…” is basically saying, “This material is written by a certain person.” So, when you see a book published by a certain author, you will know who wrote the book and where it was written, as opposed to simply hearing that it was written by the author of the previous book you read.

The phrase “this is my address,” for example, is another example of “this material is written by.” This phrase means the material you are referring to is something written by you, not by a third party, but rather something you have written yourself.

Of course, the phrases “this is my address”this book is written by…” are just two examples of “this material is written by.” In each example, you are actually directing your attention to the material written.
