Spondylosis is usually caused by a sudden increase in age, but sometimes it is also a result of an accident or a spinal surgery. It may also be caused by a weak sphincter, or a spasm. Women are more susceptible to spondylosis because of the estrogen levels in their bodies.

Spondylosis is usually a mild strain and typically responds well to anti-inflammatory medication. If you have been injured because of a spasticity caused by an accident, you may want to see a chiropractor or physical therapist.

When a cervical sprain happens to you, it is important to rest and take care of yourself so that you will be able to maintain your spinal health. Don’t work while on pain medications, as this can cause further damage to your cervical spine.

Cervical spondylosis can lead to nerve problems in the future. By making sure that you take good care of yourself and rest when you need to, you can prevent this condition from becoming chronic.

When you have been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis, there are a few ways that you can relieve the pain. One is to make sure that you eat foods high in calcium. A diet rich in calcium and magnesium can help protect your body against the damage caused by a spondylosis.

Vitamin C is also very helpful in helping the healing process. If you eat plenty of citrus fruits and vegetables, you may be surprised to find that many of them are high in vitamin C. Eating foods such as oranges and grapefruit can help in the healing process. As with taking vitamin E supplements, it is important that you get plenty of water.

While you are suffering from a cervical strain, you should avoid standing for a long time. Stretching out in the sun will only add more stress on your neck and cause it to hurt more.

As you can see, you do not have to live with a spinal injury forever. You can heal your spinal injury and prevent it from returning.
