What is the Casey Biggs Scholarship Fund?

Having been a foster child himself, Casey began the scholarship to help emancipated foster children go on to college or vocational school. Penny Lane, one of the premiere foster care facilities in Los Angeles, works with Casey to facilitate the sholarship. In October 2002, Casey was honored by Penny Lane for his dedication and was presented with their Blue Skies Award.
